Girls and adults will meet in separate spaces during the PEP Rally to encourage comfort, openness, and honest conversation.

– Understanding the menstrual cycle
– What’s normal, and when to ask questions
– Period product options and safe use
– Debunking common myths and misinformation
– Accessing local, trusted resources for menstrual health
